Longville, MN (February 4, 2014) – Following the Winter X Games, the team was back on the ISOC National Snocross Series and their next stop was in historic Deadwood, SD. The races were held at Days of ‘76 Rodeo Grounds in the heart of downtown Deadwood. The track was tight and constantly changing, making the hole shot the key component to claim a podium finish at the Deadwood Shootout.

After a tough-go at the Winter X Games snocross race, Team LaVallee was ready for redemption. On Friday night, Round 7 of the ISOC Nationals, LaVallee and Pallin were looking super strong and with good qualifying rounds

In the Pro Lite class, Andy Lieders had some tough qualifying rounds, but was still able to make both Pro Lite Finals via the LCQ (last chance qualifier). Coming from the back-row of both finals, Lieders was able to make great passes, find fast lines, and finish within the top 10 both nights at the Deadwood National. they both were able to make it into the front row for the Pro Open Final Friday night. Off of the line of the 22-lap final, Levi LaVallee came out in the top spot. Rounding the corner, LaVallee was taken out by another rider but was still able to finish a notable 12th. Pallin was able to by-pass the incident and was able to hold the 2nd place position and finish there Friday Night! Round 8 came in full-swing Saturday night. Pallin and LaVallee where again, both able to make it into the Pro Final that night. Off of the start, Pallin and LaVallee were bothsitting towards the back of the pack. With each lap, the lines were constantly changing but each rider was able to make a couple passes and finished an exciting 6th and 8th place.

Team LaVallee’s Pro Rider, Jake Scott was diagnosed with a lung infection Friday night and it was then decided Scott would just do starts for the Deadwood 2-day National. We wish Scott a quick recovery!

“It was a challenging weekend for Team LaVallee. The track was rough and short – hole shots were the key component to taking a podium. I am excited for Kyle, his riding keeps improving from race-to-race. It’s fun to see him

keep pushing and getting those podium finishes. We are looking forward to going out east and seeing what Salamanca (New York) has in store for Team LaVallee.” – Levi LaVallee (Co-Owner/Racer, Team LaVallee)
