Singer Presented By Christian Brothers Racing, Drift Racing and Troy Lee Designs
Fertile, Minn. (January 4, 2012) – Not all of the young talent will be found on the snocross track at the ISOC National snocross race this coming January 7, 2012. To kick off the evening’s racing, up-and-coming singer Jordan Holm will be singing the national anthem at the opening ceremonies on Saturday evening. Twenty-one-year-old Holm tours the Midwest as a singer in the Johnny Holm Band, but is currently recording an EP with Darren Rust from the Blenders with Skyland Studios. Her performance at the race on Saturday will be presented by Christian Brothers Racing, Drift Racing and Troy Lee Designs.
“I’m excited and honored at the opportunity to sing the national anthem in front of all the snocross race fans this weekend,” said Holm. “I’m also looking forward to seeing and learning more about snowmobile racing. I’ve never been to a snocross race before so it should be a lot of fun!”
“Jordan is a great singer and has a ton of talent,” said Christian Brothers Racing team co-owner Dwight Christian. “Not only will this be a great way to get people interested in Christian Brothers Racing and the brands we promote, it will put Jordan in front of a huge crowd of potential new fans. It’s going to be a great kickoff to Saturday’s racing.”
Opening ceremonies for Saturday’s racing at the ISOC Traxxas National Presented by Jimmy Johns are set for 6:00p.m. January 7. The race will take place at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota, January 6-9. For more information visit snocross.com. For more information on Jordan Holm visit http://www.myspace.com/jordanholm.
