AMSOIL Championship Snocross, powered by Ram, Lake Geneva race airs on CBS Sports Network

MINNEAPOLIS (March 4, 2014) – For the first time ever at a series level, AMSOIL Championship Snocross, powered by Ram, will air live on CBS Sports Network, with coverage of the Nielsen Enterprises Grand Finale, presented by Coors Light. Action from Wisconsin’s Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva begins Sun., March 16 at 3 p.m. EST.

“This is the first time in history that the sport of snocross will air live on national television,” said Carl Schubitzke, ACS President/Race Director. “This is truly a thrilling step for the sport and we are pumped for the exposure that CBS Sports Network can help provide in order to push the sport of AMSOIL Championship Snocross to the next level.”
The one-hour program will feature both the Pro Open and the Pro Lite class sleds.

Beginning with AMSOIL Championship Snocross’ season-opening round in Duluth, Minn. and running through the season finale in Lake Geneva, Wis. In addition to its “Live” coverage on March 16th, CBS Sports Network will air 16 half-hour programs of the ACS races throughout the 2013-’14 competition season.
