Longville, MN (February 24, 2015) – Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, Illinois (a short jont, just outside of Chicago) was the home to Rounds 11 and 12 of the 2014/2015 Snocross Season. A brand new venue to the circuit brought on a brand new track. A technical track was designed at Route 66 Raceway, where smooth lines and finding the right timing throughout the 14 lap finals where key components to a podium finish.

After a tough go at New York, Team LaVallee was hungry for better results. Round 11, on Friday night, Pallin, Lieders, and Scott were all looking very strong. With awesome qualifying rounds, all three riders were able to avoid the LCQ (last chance qualifier) and were in the front row of the Pro Open Final. Off of the start, Pallin shot out like a canon and nabbed the holeshot. Coming through the first turn, Pallin found himself back a few positions. But he didn’t let that podium spot out of his sight. As the laps continued to go by, Jake Scott had an unfortunate offcausing him to fall to the back of the pack and Andy Lieders was sitting just outside the top ten. Pallin, however, was sitting in 4th place and was inching closer to a podium finish. In the final turn of the last lap, Pallin made an awesome pass just in the nick of time, to grab that 3rd place spot.

For Saturday, Day 2 / Round 12 qualifying the Mystik Lubricants, Loctite, Polaris sleds were ripping! With very consistent qualifying rounds, all 3 riders were able to make it into the front row of the Pro Open Final. Coming off of the start, all 3 riders were sitting mid-pack. Lieders, Scott, and Pallin were all able to find smooth lines and consistent flow lap-after-lap in the 14 lap final. As the race was winding down, Pallin was sitting in the 4th place spot. With a few laps to go, the 3rd place rider went off the track, allowing Pallin to take over the 3rd place podium position and finish the weekend back up on the box. Lieders finished a Pro career high in an exciting 6th place with fellow teammate, Jake Scott, right on his heels in 7th! Awesome job, Team LaVallee!
