Kody Kamm Wins His First Pro Lite Race!

The 20th annual AMSOIL Duluth National was another huge success with thanks to the ISOC team and Visit Duluth! They put on a great show for the fans in attendance and also provided amazing online streaming where 100,000 connections were tuned in to the Pro Final Saturday Night!

Kody Kamm came through the AMSOIL Duluth National Sunday show with something to prove! And he did just that by winning his first Pro Lite race of his career and doing it in convincing fashion!

Kody got the holeshot and let from flag to flag as he pulled on the field and left a statement of how he plans on running the entire season….nearly untouchable! Kody was tangled at the start of the Pro Lite Saturday event and when he was able to get free he was already nearly two laps down but still put up the fastest laps of the race. This was a great way for Kody to start the season and he will be a fun rider to follow all season! As team owner Nate Hentges stated, “I couldn’t be more proud of Kody and I look forward to a long career with Kody at Hentges Racing!”

TJ Gulla Returns to the Podium!

TJ Gulla returned to form as he looked as strong as ever while defeating the track ended his season extremely early just two seasons ago. He was strong all weekend with a 6th place finish on Saturday and solid 2nd on Sunday! Leaving the weekend tied with Tucker at the two spot in points!

TJ stated in a post race interview, “I was just happy to start the season with such a good weekend and I could not have done it without the help of my team and sponsors, they stood behind me even when the times weren’t great, but now we are back!” It is great to see him start so strong and having him healthy is going to be exciting.

Brett Bender also looked blistering fast with a few heat race wins but ended the weekend without a podium spot. Now that the ice has been broken for the team, Brett will be next!
