The opening round of the year kicks in off Ironwood, Michigan at Mt. Zion Ski Hill. This track promises to offer an impressive, elevation-charged track to open the season along with the AMSOIL Dominator, a head-to-head competition between the world’s greatest Snocross racers offering a $10,000 payday to the winner.

AMSOIL Coloring Zone: Ornament and poster decorating! Open during Snocross event hours!

AMSOIL Championship Snocross Pro Autograph Session: Get your favorite rider posters, autographs, and photos. Saturday at Mt. Zion Ski Hill

Ice Skating: Enjoy some ice skating for the whole family! Friday, 4 PM - 8 PM and Saturday 2 PM - 8 PM at the Pat O'Donnell Civic Center (across the street from Mt. Zion Ski Hill).

Mt. Zion Snow Tubing: Friday 4 PM – 8 PM and Saturday: 2 PM - 8 PM *dependent on weather conditions and if enough snow is available.

TRACK

Mt. Zion Ski Hill is Located on the campus of Gogebic Community College. Open to the public, the Mt. Zion complex also serves as a laboratory for the college’s nationally recognized Ski Area Management Program. Mt. Zion is well-known for its numerous “Learn to Ski and Snowboard Programs” for children, and its very own, snow-tubing park. Enjoy beautiful vistas, mountain biking, Frisbee golf, Ski & Snowboard. Newly erected overlook has been installed for breathtaking views and Northern Lights displays.
