FEB 3, 2014 – Lake Nebagamon James Johnstad takes a Pro Lite Podium on Saturday Night from the back row. James won his Pro Lite Round 1 heat but was bumped off the track in round 2 and had to come up through the LCQ.

James was lined-up in the back row for the Final but came off the line strong. He took the inside line passing 4-5 guys right away on the back stretch moving through the pack early. James ran as one the top three all the way to the checkered.

“It is great to be up on the box! I was able find my line early and move through traffic pretty well. I’m pumped up for next weekend in New York” said Johnstad

Ross Martin Update – Ross’s MRI was great news! Doc says nothing is torn but Ross needs to continue daily therapy. He says it is getting better everyday. The final decision will be made on Thursday morning if Ross will be able to compete in New York.
