Princeton, Minn. (February 10, 2014) Corin Todd raced to two podium finishes in his home state of New York, closing the gap on AMSOIL Championship Snocross Pro Lite point leader Andrew Carlson, as the schedule winds down and the pressure begins to build.

Seneca Allegany Casino in Salamanca played host to the eastern tour stop for the second straight year, with a massive crowd of spectators lining the course on Saturday night to witness the bar-banging action on what was the shortest track of the season.

Todd, of Otego, New York started the weekend with a third place finish in the main event after finishing first and second in qualifying. He earned another heat race victory on Saturday before moving on to take his second ever Pro Lite national win in back-to-back weekends.

Trevor Leighton continued to turn in strong qualifying performances with three top three results over the weekend, including one heat race win. Leighton finished 10th and ninth respectively in the class finals, where his results were affected by downed riders on the course breaking his momentum.

Zak Mason turned in valiant performances on both nights as he continues to recover from a knee injury incurred in mid January. MRI results last week showed no structural damage, but the brutal race courses at the last two rounds have made it tough for Mason to charge at full pace.

All three of the team riders remain in the top seven positions in the standings, with Todd just 25 points back of the leader in second place.
The series takes a brief one week break while remaining east for rounds 11 and 12 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan on February 21-22.
