Duluth, Minn. (December 2, 2013) – Nestled above the beautiful Lake Superiorand St. Louis Bay, Spirit Mountain played host to the annual season opener for the ISOC National Snocross series. Making the jump into the Junior 14-15 and Junior 16-17 classes did not intimidate young Arctic Cat/Speedwerx rider Trent Wittwer. When the light turned green in heat 1 of the Junior 14-15, Wittwer nailed the holeshot and never looked back, taking the checkered flag. Wittwer followed up with a 3rd in the second round and 5th in the final. In the Junior 16-17 class Wittwer did not let his crash in Round 1 hold him back, going 6-3 byway of the LCQ and a 7th overall.

The AMSOIL Championship Snocross series heads to the BlackJack Resort, Bessemer, Michigan December 6-7, 2013.
